Simon Pickess
joined The
Crown at the beginning of
2007
and despite his youthful appearance he's been a chef for some fifteen
years. His previous kitchens include the floating restaurant
Il Punto,
Ipswich, the late Woodhall Hotel near Bawdsey and he came to us from the
Fynn Valley Golf Club,
Witnesham. His approach to food is
